The act of buying shoes has remained the same more or less for decades. New Balance knew things had to change. New Balance wanted to create an experience that engaged customers and went the distance in helping close the deal.
The app features a rich media dashboard for customers and an assisted sale mode to empower associates on the floor. It also allows store assistants to access online inventory and guide customers through comparison shopping. As a mobile sales tool, it extends the aisle and store into the online world.
