Aviva - Future Vision Video

Aviva is a British multinational insurance company that serves approximately 33 million customers across 16 countries. In the UK, Aviva is the largest general insurer and pensions provider.

This is a video that captures the Future Vision Strategy for the brand, where I led an experience strategy engagement to explore what new products and services that could provide the most consumer lifestyle benefit.

Whilst insurance seems like a “rainy day” investment, every aspect of our lives can be measured to create an overall risk profile. Imagine a future where our actions improve our financial and physical well-being (health, transport and community scoring, concierge services, content cover and mortgages). Imagine reducing premiums by choosing different routes to work… Imagine reducing health and life premiums by tracking a health score… Aviva is reimagining this future.
